Making moments that matter – the pre-event to SAP Customer Experience Live

Make moments that matter was the theme of not only the SAP Customer Experience Live event but also the pre-events to take place the day before, which griffity organised for technology suppliers. The pre-event saw SAP event attendees at the Jochen Schweizer Arena in Taufkirchen meet for indoor skydiving and surfing, skittles and outdoor ziplining to create those special moments and extraordinary experiences the night before the main event. Griffity selected the location and arranged not only the various activities, but also the necessary AV equipment, photographers, video teams and a DJ. Supervising at its best – check-in, the entire event schedule, catering and shuttle services to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable event for everyone all organised by griffity.
